Ngage Media craetes internal communication channel for Goodman Fielder

Goodman Fielder, New Zealand’s largest home grown food company, approached Ngage Media for a solution to their internal communication challenges.

With a geographically diverse workforce of over 6000 people, they did not have a way of effectively and consistently communicating with these staff, many of whom do not sit near a computer or desk.
Goodman Fielder worked with Ngage media to replace their old method of noticeboards, with installation of a workplace TV network placed in their lunchrooms and factory floors.

Digital screens were introduced into these sites, and specific content was designed, with assistance from Ngage, using graphics to communicate without sound, which would not be heard in the loud locations.

Goodman Fielder can now loop content, constantly communicating to staff their key news announcements, company value messages, showcase new TVC’s, and reinforce best health and safety practises.

They even run a staff quiz for entertainment improving company morale.

The system is run on the Aerva platform, (Ngage’s digital software) allowing Goodman Fielder to manage their cloud based content themselves making it an enormously effective and easy to manage business tool for the GF communications team.
